Tracs Systems is our supplier for the 4 payment terminals at the KAA Gent promenade. They are responsible for the proper functioning, maintenance and the necessary updates.
They are very accessible (also outside office hours and in the weekend) and are ready to intervene immediately. This is done via a simple call-in procedure on the machine or through a visit from a specialist. We enjoy working with the Tracs Systems team and can highly recommend them.
