G-GO
Making sport 100% accessible for everyone. That is the ambition of G-sport. Giving people with a disability the opportunity to play sports starts with the accessibility of sports facilities. And that goes beyond wide doors, an elevator and adapted toilets. It already starts at the reception desk. Many entrance desks and payment machines in sports centers are often not sufficiently adapted to wheelchair users. G-GO changes this.
The innovative concept gives people with disabilities the opportunity to achieve their sporting ambitions from the very first contact. Completely on their own! In addition to a warm welcome for your visitors, the system also offers many advantages for you as a manager: simple registration, secure payment, less administration, secure access control and more efficient customer management. The perfect interplay
Choosing Tracs Systems means choosing:
Everyone G-lucky!
A gym full of happy faces. Also that of the employees. Because our system makes their job a lot more pleasant. No more stamping turn cards. No more searching for the right change. And finally done with the Excel list full of dated customer contacts. G-GO takes G-fitness to the next level. And makes the daily organization of it a lot easier thanks to its many advantages:
"I have MS and have been in a wheelchair for eight years. In the beginning, the disease had a heavy hold on me.
Due to the use of medication, I quickly gained many kilos. That's why I decided to do fitness. All the more so because I could control the disease through exercise. Six years ago I started on my own with a diet and daily exercises in the Noorderhart Rehabilitation & MS Center in Pelt. In just seven months, I lost 26.5 kilograms. But then I got pregnant and fell back again.
Moreover, the coronary crisis made my daily trip to the MS clinic impossible. And commercial fitness centers were not an option for me and my wheelchair: narrow doors, swing gates, unsuitable equipment, and pay machines that were too high.
But one day I discovered the G-Sport center Dommelhof in Pelt. Via my son's godmother. As a former physiotherapist, she was working there as a volunteer with the G-sportsmen. When I went with her the first time, I knew immediately: they thought of 'us' here. Right from the counter. The payment terminal is super accessible and easy to use for everyone. Everything is self-explanatory. It feels incredibly good to be able to use the sports infrastructure independently as a wheelchair user. Without any obstacles.
Simply blissful!"

"With the G-Sport Center of Dommelhof, we promote sport and exercise for specific target groups, such as people with physical disabilities or chronic illnesses. One of the spearheads is the brand new G-fitness hall. Accessibility is of course a priority here.
In the past, we worked with turn cards that had to be signed out at each visit. Payment was in cash. The result: a lot of administrative work, inadequate control and regularly an incorrect cash register. When construction started, we went looking for a partner who could provide us with a comprehensive but accessible entrance system with automatic payment. That's how we ended up with Tracs Systems.
After analysis and consultation, they developed a system that meets our needs 100%. Without cash, with a software package for keeping track of our customer data and - last but not least - accessible for every visitor!
A unique concept with a crucial contribution to our mission: to lower the threshold to sports practice and experience for people who are struggling in our society. Hopefully other sports centers will soon follow our example. In this way we can together promote the integration of people with disabilities. With sport and exercise as the ultimate binding agents."
