Copy Tracs

Copy Tracs ensures that users can copy easily and quickly. We link the copier - or multifunctional - to the relevant (library) management system. Virtually all existing models and versions can be linked.

How does it work?

The user must identify himself, this can be done via any existing ID. After the user has identified him/herself, the management system will first ask whether this user is allowed to copy. The user can now simply print. Both from the computer and from the copier, the user can consult his print jobs (from Time Tracs) and manage them: define the order, delete them, adjust colours and quantities,...

At the copier, the user can consult a timer. He also gets an overview of the costs to be made and his credit balance.
The debts incurred by copying are passed on to the (library) management system. The user will be able to pay these debts - like all other debts - to the point-of-sale terminal.
The library or company can differentiate in rates: different rates depending on colour and format, or depending on the user profile.

Optional expansion: BYOD Printing

BYOD is a term that has been appearing more and more frequently in recent years in the workplace, but also in daily life. It stands for 'Bring Your Own Device'.
With this option, members or day visitors can use the existing printing facilities in the library with their own device (smartphone, tablet and laptop) .
