In Bruges' public library, the public ICT infrastructure is a service in a double sense. All public hardware and software is included in a convenient service package that is offered to the public in an integrated way. Because public environments place special demands on their management, their support was also included in the service provided by Tracs Systems. This allows the library to concentrate on the public and the ICT department on the administrative environment.
