How's your day looking?
- In the morning you warmly greet your colleagues at your regular customer(s). Then you get behind your lifebook and start monitoring the infrastructure.
- A query still needs to be written for the KPI report for management. That's no problem for you.
- Keeping projects on track comes naturally to you. You ensure a streamlined project plan and handle appointments punctually.
- In the afternoon, a meeting is scheduled with your client where you explain the ongoing technical issues clearly and concisely. 'Thinking in IT and speaking in human language' is your motto.
- There seems to be a problem with the serverafter all... You contact one of your Tracs colleagues to discuss this and resolve it together.
- As an all-round IT professional, you will have extra fun with your varied range of duties.
- While driving home, you call the business unit manager ICT for a brief update.
Who are you?
- You have at least 5 years of experience as asystem administrator (or similar position, you may surprise us).
- You already have extensive knowledge of IT systems and networks.
- You are analytical and think in solutions.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch & English.
- Optimal communication & customer focus are your top priority.
- You are strong in designing, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructures; both on site and in the cloud.
- The terms SAN, LUN, IPv6, IaaS, MDR and SSL put a smile on your face.
- You are meticulous, can easily adapt to a situation and can handle stress in a healthy way.
