This week, our Bert - the expert on all our products - is part of the Tracs Systems team for no less than 15 years.
No assignment (or dry remark) is too much for Bert. Ultimate customer-friendliness, humour with a wink and a positive attitude (except on days when he has to sacrifice sleep) are Bert's greatest strengths. Besides managing the customer service within Tracs Systems, he likes to take pictures of our employees and he's always first in line to make creative adjustments to our websites.
But no matter how much fun it is to work at Tracs Systems, it won't match Bert's favourite pastime: quality time with his son Leon and his princess Nina.
