Tracs Systems' products, combined with EKZ's self-lending counters, allow us to be fully automated. Basically, the user no longer needs the staff in terms of basic operations. This allows our bib staff to fully focus on their core tasks such as information mediation to users.
Thanks to Time Tracs, we can easily manage our Internet PCs. Users can reserve and use a PC themselves, using their e-ID to log in easily. The computers start up automatically, after each session everything is erased and updates are done automatically. It is also convenient that users can take their own copies via their e-ID.
Finally, users can pay at the payment terminal, which means that these financial matters are no longer in the hands of the library staff.
