We use Time Tracs, Copy Tracs and Pay Tracs (recently also with Bancontact) in our library. Users of the library can therefore easily consult computers, copy, print and pay without our intervention. Thanks to this automation, we can fully focus on our core business; namely our role as an information mediator. Moreover, the reactions of our visitors are very positive. 75% of payments are now made via Bancontact.
