"We were one of the first libraries to partner with Tracs Systems. Tracs Systems was still a very small company at the time, which is why Peter Croonen himself came to our library to sell his products. So you could say that we have been a loyal customer for a long time.
We use Time Tracs as a reservation system for our Internet PCs. Thanks to SiteKiosk, we limit access to the public catalogue to the PCs allocated for it.
Since our move to Het Predikheren (September 2019) we have also been using Copy Tracs. Super convenient, both for the user and the library staff. Payments for photocopies and prints are processed via a link between our library software and Tracs Systems' products. Furthermore, our borrowers can also forward their print orders to the printer from their own device (smartphone, laptop, tablet)."
