Today we would like to introduce you to our colleague Sylvie.
Sylvie recently joined our Business IT team as a Navision specialist.
We asked her some questions so you can get to know her better.

How's your day looking?

My day starts with a short internal consultation with the IT team, either online or together in the office (despite the possibility of hybrid working, you are never alone). We inform each other of our to do's for the day and get to work.

I contribute to the growth and fulfilment of Bioracer's mission by optimising and maintaining its business processes and the necessary software.

During a meeting (or in the corridors of our office), you hear someone talk about his idea with passion. I immediately try to be part of the story and think about how we can contribute to realising the idea. To do this, I make an analysis, give advice and show the best-practice way of working or offer possible solutions.

I configure their ERP applications and am a bridge builder to the other IT partners.

When a colleague needs my help with a helpdesk case, I jump in. I take the opportunity to briefly inform him about a new functionality I am working on.

Fascinating and challenging.
Every day is a little different, but the positive work atmosphere gives my day that golden edge.

Why did you choose Tracs Systems?

Tracs and I were a match right away. The positive do-mentality gives me energy. It is inspiring and challenging to work on tomorrow's solutions for different projects.

Tracs exudes confidence and ambition. There is continuous investment in training and valuable feedback. You will get the support you need to be the best version of yourself every day.

Why do you like working for Tracs Systems?

We are a real team where we work together to find the best solutions, learn from each other every day and communicate openly and respectfully.

I chose Tracs partly because they give me stability and balance. It is a place where 'feeling good' is a high priority, and at the same time they regularly give me that extra bit of motivation to step out of my comfort zone and continue to grow in my job.
