Bibliotheca and Tracs Systems forge strategic alliance in the Netherlands and Belgium
We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Bibliotheca. As a new sales, distribution and service partner for the Netherlands and Flanders, we are even stronger in the market from now on. This important milestone underlines Tracs Systems' mission to serve the markets of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany with IT solutions, optimal care and efficiency.
With a combined customer base of more than 300 libraries in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, already jointly served by the two companies, we have already delivered outstanding quality together. Through this synergistic alliance, we promise to offer our customers an even better service. Our customers will enjoy innovative and customized solutions. On top of that, they will experience a seamless and all-encompassing customer experience. This partnership is fully in line with our mission to always put our customers' needs first. Incidentally, the existing contracts and services - from both Tracs Systems and Bibliotheca - remain unchanged. We will soon organize joint information sessions to go deeper into this partnership with our customers.
