Responsibilities:

Tracs

  • Order hardware delivery time to customer (depending on stock article or not).
  • Does not provide switches and routers unless otherwise agreed.
  • It does not configure external routers and firewalls, but if necessary, it will indicate the number of addresses needed and the ports that may need to be accessed by the various components.
  • Delivers the url's of the Backoffice for management + url for the website of the customer if applicable

 

Customer:

  • Delivers the correctly completed contracts where necessary.
  • Provides power and network where required.
  • Provides the bases with the agreed dimensions, etc., where necessary. E.g. pedestal vending machine, barrier, camera etc.
  • Tracs uses licensed teamviewer and needs access for support at all times.
  • Provides patch cables unless otherwise agreed.
  • Tracs will not pull network cables, these must be provided by the customer with sufficient working length. Min. metres spare

It is important to provide the necessary space on both sides of the machine so that the doors can be opened. (On both sides, a door of 43cm wide)

  1. Are there any gift vouchers? Discounts? Other actions? If so, in what form, and please give examples.
  2. The user interface of the different modules (shop, manned cash register, payment terminals and public website) will be tuned to the house style of the carwash as much as possible.
    Which colours / colour combinations are desired?
  3. We would also like to receive the logo of the carwash in colour as well as in black and white (no grey shades) (the latter is used as a header on the customer tickets)
  4. What information may be included on the invoices?

  1. Which washing programmes are currently in use? Please give us the name of each programme, its characteristics (rim cleaning, double washing, extra drying, etc.) and its price. (We do not currently support any additional options per programme (e.g. offer rim wash as an option on every programme).

Online transactions

The car wash accepts payments by BANCONTACT, VISA and MASTERCARD. If you choose to pay by credit card, the amount will be debited from your card immediately after your payment confirmation.

Purchase of washing credit & subscription

You can buy/load credit online as well as at our automatic cash registers. At the time of the transaction, the billing details linked to your car are used. No refunds will be made after this transaction.

  1. Regarding paper rolls, one standard roll is provided for each unit upon installation.
    Because it is important to use the correct paper type to avoid malfunctions, we recommend purchasing these paper rolls through Tracs Systems.
    If paper rolls are used that have been purchased externally, any malfunctions resulting from incorrect paper types will not be covered by the maintenance contract.
    We can provide additional paper rolls on delivery at the following prices:

    • PT1000: Per box of 12 rolls at €9.95 per roll
    • Metapace Desktop printers: Per box of 50 rolls at €4.95 per roll
    • Mobile bank terminal (Yoximo): Per box of 20 rolls at €1.50 per roll

Number of required roles on delivery

  1. We can provide certain number plates for unlimited washing. This can be done in 2 ways A very high washing credit (we do not recommend this, cfr VAT control). An unlimited subscription without costs.

For which number plates is this required and in which way and for which washing programme?

  1. Are there any additional products being sold?
  2. Our system has a help option. This is sent via a pulse. What happens with this pulse is up to the carwash to configure.

 

  1. Is there a floor plan available to make project management run more smoothly?
  2. Do we need to add number plates in the system for staff or others to be able to drive through the pay zone without any restrictions?
