Kulturforum Hanau

Since 2015, the Kulturforum Hanau has been using the Pay Tracs and Time Tracs modules to manage the use of public PC workstations and to book and collect print and copy costs via the payment terminal. Admission tickets are also sold through the store function at the ticket machine. In addition, fees accrued in the library software WinBIAP can also be collected through the point-of-sale terminal.

We chose Tracs Systems because we needed a solution that could handle all payment processes through the POS terminal, both those generated by WinBIAP and those generated by printing and copying, as well as the store function.
The payment terminal is a standing model, requires little maintenance because coins and bills are "recycled" for issuing change. An EC terminal is integrated.

Users without a borrower card can get a copy receipt, unused credit can be spent again. In general, the use is very pleasant and the modules are stable.

We are very satisfied with this integrated solution. The support from Tracs Systems is always competent and fast.
